Everyday Contact

Normal everyday contact with school will be by telephone.Our ultra-modern telephone system receives a large number of calls daily, the majority of which are parents and carers calling on a specific student-related matter.

We want your calls to go directly to the appropriate department as quickly as possible. Therefore, when you call us during the school day, you can expect to hear a brief welcoming message inviting you to press 1 if you are calling on a specific student matter (e.g. to report an absence).  You will then be connected directly to the Student Services office.

If your call is of a more general nature, or if you do not have a touch-tone telephone, you will be asked to hold, and one of our Main Office reception team will answer your call as soon as possible.

If you wish to call in person to see a particular member of staff, please telephone in advance so that a mutually convenient appointment can be made.
