Year 9/10/11 Immunisation Catch-up for DTP-MenACWY
Information for Year 9, 10 and 11 parents/carers,
The immunisation team are now able to offer catch up clinics to the children who have missed the DTP-MenACWY vaccinations (list of clinics below).
- If you would like to book a clinic appointment, please call the immunisation team on 0300 003 2554.
- If you are unsure if your child is due these vaccinations, please contact your GP prior to booking an appointment.
- All children must attend with the adult who holds parental responsibility.
