School Bus for Year 10

Dear Parents/Carers,

The school bus will be running at the usual times to transport pupils who will be accessing school provision during the 6th - 15th July. Face coverings are recommended, but are not mandatory. Due to social distancing measures, capacity will be limited to 11 pupils on each bus. Furthermore, each bus will contain a passenger assistant to guide pupils to their seat.

The vehicle will be loaded from the rear to the front and pupils will be seated adjacent to each other in a window seat, with one row of seats between each pupil. All pupils must remain in their seat throughout the journey. When the vehicle arrives at the school, pupils will be required to remain seated and will be asked to leave one at a time, from the front of the bus.

On the return journey, they will be required to return to the seat that they sat in during the morning journey – this will mean that pupils will need to remain outside of the vehicle until they can access the bus in order.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the school.
