Parents/Carers Contact Details

Make sure we have your up-to-date details!

Possibly the most important thing you can do is to ensure that the contact details we hold are kept up-to-date.

For example, if you move house, or have changes at work, or acquire a new mobile number, St. Hild's needs to know!

Otherwise we could, in an emergency, be trying to contact you based on information which is out-of-date!

So please ensure we always have accurate, up-to-date information!

 

Absence Procedure

If your child is going to be absent from school, please telephone the school 01429 273041 Ext. 1 (by 08.30 if possible).

If any child is absent and we do not know why, we will telephone you to find out the reason.

When your child returns to school after a period of absence, we require a letter from parents/carers confirming the reason for the absence.

 

Home School Agreement

This Home School Agreement is crucial to our partnership between school, pupils and parents/carers.

It is a clear commitment by everyone to share responsibility for your child’s progress.

At St. Hild’s the Parent Pay on-line payment system is used, allowing student’s accounts to be accessed and funds topped up by parents on-line.

In September 2020, St. Hild's Church of England School became a fully cashless school.
